Does your GP know you are a Carer?  

If you look after someone who is frail, elderly, ill or has a disability, you should let your doctor know. Please ask at reception for a form to fill in and return to the surgery . Other help and advice is available via Cheshire Carers Helpline 0800 085 0307. Phone lines are open 10am to 4.00pm, Monday to Friday .

 

New Flu Clinics

Its that time of year again, time to start thinking about flu and getting vaccinated . You are eligible for a free flu vaccination if you are among the following at-risk groups

  • Aged 65 years and over
  • All pregnant women
  • People living in long-stay residential care homes or other long-stay care facilities
  • People who are carers
  • Those suffering from a serious medical condition such as: chronic respiratory disease; chronic heart disease; chronic kidney disease; chronic liver disease ; chronic neurological disease; diabetes; a weakened immune system due to disease  (HIV/AIDS) or treatment (cancer)

If you are unsure whether or not you qualify for a free flu vaccination please contact the surgery.

Flue Clinics will be held at the surgery on the following days, please contact reception to book an appointment.

Flu can kill, have you had your flu vaccination yet?

Home Visits
If you are too ill to come to the surgery and you require a visit at home, please call the surgery before 10am.

Out of Hours
For urgent appointments outside our normal surgery hours, please call the Out of Hours Service on 01270 610686.

Test Results
Please call in or phone the surgery between 12.00pm - 2.00pm any week day. This is when the telephones are not as busy and the reception staff are more able to find the result for you.

Cancelling your Appointment
If you are unable to attend an appointment with one of the doctors or nurses, please telephone or use the link at the bottom of this page to cancel your appointment.
